W-Soccer: SMU vs. DePaul

The Mustangs face DePaul Thursday night at 7pm at Westcott. This game will be the first meeting in program history for the two schools, and will mark the end of the non-conference schedule for SMU.

DePaul (5-1-1) should be a good test for SMU (5-3-0). As of Monday night's games, SMU's unadjusted RPI rank is 84 and DePaul's is 85.

Hopefully SMU will end the non-conference portion of the schedule on a high note and build some more momentum for the American!

They also note DePaul is used to playing on turf.

One other item of interest, DePaul's head coach is Erin Chastain, who is Brandi's sister-in-law.

Unfortunately, the SMU-DePaul game Thursday night was cancelled due to the weather.

The game started, had a lightning delay, and then the heavy rain made the field unplayable.
