Equestrian: SMU vs. South Dakota State

SMU hosts SDSU Friday at BuckBranch Farm.
The Mustangs are off to a nice 2-3 start this year, with some solid performances in the first year of a combined Hunter Seat and Western team.
The Jacks are 0-3 in NCEA competition this season.

SDSU wins horsemanship 3-2. SMU leads 6-4 overall.

SMU defeated SDSU 11-9 today!
SMU was 4-1 on the flat and SDSU was 4-1 in reining.

SMU points on the flat today were by Mary Abbruzzese, Greer Hindle, Julia Fowler, and Sylvia de Toledo.
Courtney Line had SMU's point in reining.
SMU is now 3-3. The Mustangs head to Martin, Tennessee next weekend to face Kansas State on Friday and Tennessee-Martin on Saturday.
