CP made some nice halftime adjustments and SMU was pretty much in control of the first 25-30 minutes of the second half. Obviously if we put one of those chances in and make it 1-1 with the game in the balance it would have made things very interesting.

UCF scored that second goal on kind of a fluke which pretty much sealed the deal.

It's a shame to see the season end - the team has been playing some really good and entertaining soccer over the past month or so.

Go Mustangs!

What a wild day in American tournament action.

Memphis upset Louisville 2-1 in 2OT. Rutgers stunned Cincinnati 2-1 on a 30-yard goal with 17 seconds remaining in the second overtime, and USF shocked UConn 4-1.

The American semifinals in Orlando next weekend will be UCF vs. USF and Rutgers vs. Memphis.

Wow. What a crazy night in American women's soccer. Both semifinals went to penalties at 0-0.

UCF and Rutgers advance to the final Sunday.
