SMU won The American Indoor Track and Field Conference Championship this weekend in New York for the first indoor conference title in program history.

Stephanie Kalu won the 60-meter dash, Rayann Chin won the shot put, and Lucija Cvitanovic won the pentathlon to claim individual titles.

Chin also won the women's Most Outstanding Female Field Athlete award.

The SMU coaching staff won the women's coaching staff of the year award as well.
