W-Soccer: SMU vs. Missouri

SMU hosts Missouri Sunday night at Westcott Field starting at 7pm.
The Mustangs are 1-2-0 early in the season. The Tigers are 1-1-1 with a win over TCU in overtime Friday night, a draw against Syracuse, and a loss to West Virginia.

SMU lost 3-1 tonight.
Claire Oates scored off a Taylor Barg corner. Lissi Lonsberry had another nice night in goal.
The game was 1-1 at the half. Missouri scored early in the second, and added their third late when SMU was pressing for an equalizer.

How good was Lissi Lonsberry performance against Missouri?
Her 7 saves are the most by a SMU goalkeeper since Oct. 26, 2012 against University of Tulsa.
Her 7 saves would have lead the team in saves for a single game last year.

She also had another great diving save that didn't show up in the stats because the shooter was offside.
