Volleyball: SMU at Cincinnati/Memphis

SMU is on the road this weekend facing Cincinnati Friday night and Memphis Sunday afternoon.
The Mustangs won the first set 25-17 against Cincinnati tonight.

Cincinnati makes it 2-1 after winning the third set 25-19.
Abbey Bybel leads SMU with 10 kills. Avery Acker has 29 assists. Morgan Heise has 16 digs.

SMU defeats Cincinnati 3-1 (25-17, 25-15, 19-25, 25-20) and moves 2-1 in The American.
Abbey Bybel led SMU with 13 kills. Avery Acker added 39 assists and Morgan Heise had 17 digs.

Good match. UC is much improved from last year. Highlight of the night was Avery Acker (#11) coming up in the stands after the match to thank my wife and I for attending. Even got a picture. Terrific young lady and a great representative for SMU.
