Equestrian: SMU at TCU

SMU continues the early portion of the spring schedule Friday against TCU in Fort Worth.
In the latest rankings, SMU is No. 8 and TCU is No. 2.
This competition is going to be really cool. The hunt seat portion will start at 10am at Turning Point Ranch in Springtown. The western competition will be held at 6:30pm Friday night inside John Justin Arena at the Fort Worth Stock Show and Rodeo.
SMU went 0-2 last weekend on the road against tough competition in Auburn and South Carolina. Friday will be TCU's first competition of the spring.

The flat ends 2-2.
SMU points from Alex Butterworth and Greer Hindle. Emma Roberts tied her ride.
SMU leads 5-4 overall heading into western action tonight.

TCU wins reining 4-1. SMU's point was from Jaclyn White.
TCU now leads 8-6 overall heading to horsemanship.

TCU won horsemanship 3-1. Hannah McCain had the point for SMU. Morgan Redwine tied her ride.
TCU wins 11-7 overall.
Sylvia de Toledo was MOP over fences.
