Women's soccer receives preseason votes

The United Soccer Coaches preseason rankings are out, and SMU is listed among the teams "also receiving votes."
The Mustangs finished the 2018 season with a 10-6-2 record, including a 5-2 mark in games played at Westcott Field. Among the top returning players:
• Senior forward Allie Thornton (team-high 20 points, team-high 10 goals)
• Sophomore midfielder Cece Torres (team-high 20 points, 7 goals, team-high 6 assists, team-high 56 shots)
• Sophomore midfielder Courtney Sebazco (16 points, 6 goals, 4 assists, 53 shots)
• Midfielder Isabelle Nashmi
