Another ex-pony in trouble?

Postby jtstang » Wed Feb 14, 2007 11:28 am

Is this the same person as the former player whose brother is a well-known QB stalker and hate crime victim?

Likely, it's him.
Korey did a lot of the T-shirts back in school that had the Mustang rising from the dead, etc.

Joe Beard was a guard during the Pony Express era. Any relation to these esteemed youngsters?

It is our Korey. This is just the DMN making trouble for the DISD. The DMN probably spent more on the article than what Korey made on the shirts he sold.

Let's see $24,000 should equal about 3000 t shirts at $8 per printed shirt wholesale. That's about 1 t shirt per student. The $24,000 question is what did he charge per T shirt and were the numbers ordered reasonable and of course were they delivered.

Riiiiight. The DISD hires an outside firm to look into its credit card system, and it's the Morning News that's digging up trouble? Sounds like the DMN's help isn't necessary.

Second that, Roach. The DISD is so full of corruption you don't have to work very hard to find it.

I'm glad the DMN is finally taking the brave stance to shine a light on the DISD and watching the pests scurry. It's about time.

For too long, the DMN and other media gave the DISD a pass out of sympathy and/or not wanting to upset minority groups. Too many good people (of all races) are being hurt by the crooks and cronyism in the DISD.

If the corruption isn't stopped, you're looking at another Wilmer-Hutchins-style school district implosion but on a much, much bigger scale.
