I totally concurr with you on these 3 memorable games which were as exciting as any sporting event I have personally witnessed. In the first Roger Staubach was knocked goofy in the second quarter and remembers little of the rest of the game. Never-the-less, he attempted 3 passes into the SMU end zone in the last 12 seconds all of which were knocked down to preserve an SMU win. Game highlighted with John Rodderick rushing 12 times around Navy's end for 150 yards. In the second game, SMU offensive guard Jim Sitton got a block on Texas all time great middle linebacker ( 3 year All America and later Pro Hall of Fame) Tommy Nobis resulting in an SMU 92 yard touchdown run straight up the middle to turn the game around for the Ponies. In the last game, SMU held OK great All America half back Steve Owens to less than 100 yards including 3 carries for losses for the first losses in his entire football career at any level.

Dallas Cowboys vs. Washington Redskins - September 7, 1992- 1st game back on Monday night football in years...Dallas posted a win over Washington in the Super Bowl dream season.

USC vs. UCLA - December 4, 2004 - BCS clencher for USC; Reggie Bush did his famous flip into the endzone.

SMU vs. UConn - September 16, 1989 - 1st win post-DP; not exactly biggest game, but among the most important for me, as I stayed until the end, not missing a moment.
