I recently met a fan who was wearing a particularly cool SMU baseball-style cap.

He said he bought it in a bookstore "near the stadium", which led me to believe it was not the on-campus bookstore, rather one off-campus.

Any names of businesses fitting this description?? Thanks...

S.M.U. owns the property that the B@N bookstore is on, but I don't know if it would

be "on campus" or not, there is also a store on hillcrest named McCartney"s.

The SMU (B&N) Bookstore is on Mockingbird at Airline Rd. "near the stadium". McCartney on Hillcrest is not near the stadium.

The SMU bookstore has a larger selection of merchandise in the store than is shown online. They're getting new items in all the time.

It could have been Gameday Cloth when they had the store in Mockingbird Station during the holidays.

Maybe something similar is on their website?
