According to an email sent out today, the parking garage is expected to be completed by March 2008 and will have about 850 parking spaces.

Beat me to it, but here it is verbatim:

Weather permitting, a concrete pour and related activities are expected to begin about 2 a.m. Tuesday, April 17, in the 3100 block of Binkley Avenue at Ownby Drive, possibly causing noises loud enough to disturb those who live and work in the vicinity.

These activities are related to the construction of a new parking garage and are expected to continue into the daylight hours.

The reason for the early start is to avoid rush-hour traffic congestion during the concrete deliveries and to help the project stay on schedule. The garage is due for completion in March 2008 and will have about 850 parking spaces.

The University apologizes for any inconvenience this may cause.

I would say at least 80% of Moody doesn't meet ADA standards. Anyone in a wheelchair wouldn't be able to get to a seat, and unless the ramp door is open, courtside seats aren't accessable either.
