If you've ever seen The Adventures of Buckaroo Bonzai there was a character in the movie named John Big Booty. Of course, he would pronounce it Big Bootay.

A girl in my son's confirmation class had the name Rainbow Sunshine. The parents insisted and were adamant that everyone address her properly using her full name. I also had a had a very talented and highly educated employee a number of years back whose birth certificate first name was Ridiculous which was the name she used.
