SMU is smart enough to have Beck Construction take on the liability of the crane would be my guess so anything that gets put on them goes right onto Beck.

For some strange reason, one of the few universities that REFUSE to use their school colors: Harvard Crimson & Yale Blue.

But the crane was on our property. Yeah, Beck probably indemnified SMU, but we'll still get sued if his family gets talked into it by some PI attorney.
UNC better keep that Ram away from Peruna
