we're cheap and the potato slicer we inherited with the space is thinner. makes for a slightly crispier 'chip' versus the cottage fry. both good though, so we kept them different.

ha! that pic was taken from the exact same spot i was sitting at today for lunch. the one on the left was working the bar.
