That's true - Stan's does a pretty good job with its burgers.
And with its beer, too.

I'd take a loon burger over uptown any day. The loon makes a great burger.

Oh, and one more thing, nobody who had the audacity to order a burger at Campisi's and include it in a burger rating it has standing to complain about anybody else's burger ratings. Y'all shoulda told PK shut the hell up and eat your pizza and that's that.

They make a stiff drink too. Problem is you reek of smoke for days after.

Take up smoking and it won't bother you. (Note: that was a joke. I'm not condoning smoking .... as far as you know.)
Loon burger is good, but Uptown is playing in a higher league.

Kiss my [deleted]...Campisi's makes a damn good old fashion hamburger and a better cheeseburger. They may not always be consistent, but when they are on...the burger is great.

It's expensive, but the Village Burger Bar is well worth a visit. The bun is good, but the beef itself has as much pure flavor as any place we evaluated, probably more. Fries, as I recall (it's been a few weeks) were rather mundane, but the burger itself was sensational. HIGHLY recommend the place. The environment is about what you'd expect for the West Village -- sit outside and do your people-watching, if that's your thing -- but as far as pure taste goes, this place ranks right up there with the best.

For those of us who are geographically challenged, where exactly is Village Burger Bar located? Thanks, in advance.

Village Burger Bar is over in West Village close to Magnolia Theatre etc. If you are going south on Cole it is on your left hand side just past Fitzhugh I think. If you get to Lemmon then you have gone too far.

There's a new place in Richardson called Frank's Sports Grill. I'm embarrassed to say I haven't tried the burgers yet, but someone might want to check it out - the prices are good, and Frank has been around the restaurant business for awhile, so I imagine the burgers are good.

So which side of the family is Frank related to.
