Currently being broadcast on UPN, Channel 21. Good laughs on a Saturday afternoon. Is the dean modeled after Kenneth Pye? And is there a reason that the head coach of the Texas State Armadillos is wearing a red & blue tie even though the team's colors are green & white?

and other parts were filmed in and near San Marcos and on the campus of the former Southwest Texas State University which is now called, ironically, Texas State University...just like the team in the movie! And the first game that the movie team plays are the Bobcats of Southwest Texas State.
