anyone else see him absolutely flip out on his sports segment the other day? All the anchor did was lead Dale into his sports segment tease by talking about how the Cardinals won the world series, and when he turned it over to Dale, he said "I dont know...why dont you tell us." I didn't see it but heard it replayed on the radio, I think this is a new low for Dale. What he did was absolutely uncalled for, and I feel bad for the anchor he was unjustly calling out, who didn't know what to say. He was like "ok...we'll be right back." Then Dale basicly started asking aloud what he was doing there.
Maybe it doesn't sound too bad from my despcription, but I couldnt believe what a whiny baby he was

For the record, McCaa screwed up. He was supposed to pitch to Dale without a lead, because well, the lead is all Dale had. Dale was supposed to say the Cardinals won the World Series and then say they would have more in sports after the weather, yada yada yada.

But that doesn't excuse Dale acting like a complete @$$.

Dale Hansen is a bi-polar alcoholic with metabolic syndrome and who apparantly had sub-therapeutic Lithium levels last Friday. It's actually quite sad that no-one has intervened and gotten him some help.

I heard the audio of it. McCaa was stupid for killing the tease. Hansen, though, was completely out of line. Unprofessional.

This is a guy who doesn't respect anyone or anything. Self-indulgent. He has destroyed every relationship he's ever had, Cowboys radio broadcasts, Dallas Can Academy, his show on The Ticket.

He is an angry old man. I stopped watching him about a year ago.

Oh, and Dale, let's never forget that you're the real story, not the Cardinals winning the World Series.

Unfortunately, Dale knows where the bodies are buried. That's the only reason he's still on the air.

The guy is so used to people caring about every word he says, that he has diluted himself into thinking he is more important that the stories he tells (reads).

I will the crazy old man credit for saying things that no one else will ever say, but I too have lost interest in watching him . . . or listening to him on ESPN radio.
