How much money do you think TXU spend on Advertising?

They spend a ton of money to advertise lower rates, price protection and other items.
Truth be told... month to month, one year contract or other, Cirro beats them.
Monday I got a guy that was paying almost 18 cents for his commercial Elec. Mine was right at 9.5 cents.
