I could not agree more with the inclusion of A&M on that list. My Dad is an Aggie, and I dated an Aggie during my senior year at SMU - so I've been to that campus more times than I care to count. That place is a concrete jungle stuck in the middle of nowhere. Just awful.

What are some of your favorite campus settings besides ours?
Richmond was really cool when I visited
Harvard was just as advertised but touristy

Princeton University is beautiful, Ivy covered building with gifts from Alumni dating to the 1800's. Real old money. Town is nice as well.
Also very impressed with Lehigh University. Villanova, Yale and Brown are attractive and in nice towns.
My daughter is a Senior in HS so we looked at SMU this summer and absolutely beautiful, like a country club.

William and Mary has a nice charm to it. VMI on the other hand looks like a prison.

This is bogus if TCU isn't on it.

Not to rip on TCU, but their campus is very ugly.
UCLA, USC, Stanford, UC-Berkeley and Rice are also very nice.

The single worst campus in the country is Georgia Tech.

I am shocked that Austin College in Sherman did not make the list. I'll never forget the smell of that mayonaise factory next to the college.
