Wine bar @ Palomar? Anything else around there quiet enough to conduct business?

hardly. pretty weak place. more of a retail store than a bar. they only open a couple bottles per day to serve by the glass. kind of like Best Cellar's on Knox if you've been there to buy wine.
go to the Palomar bar. it's not too loud, and you could take your drinks to the lobby if it does get noisy

Its exclusively champagne, by the way. They serve 3 champagne of different price levels per day. They are always good.

I used to wear Brut by Faberge, if that helps any.
