It's nice and close to Milo's, Barley House, Ozona's, and other drinking establishments. Students could stumble home instead of drive home.

Good point. Eliminates the need for on-campus pub.

Yeah, stumble across a poorly lit street, which is usually STILL busy at 2 am.

I have from Ozona's... Dollar 'ritas and less than a dollar food
