Im not following the reference...
according to the infallible wikipedia, the Holy Roman Emperors roughly 1000 years after Charlemagne were:
Charles VII Albert
Francis I
Joseph II
Leopold II
Francis II
and the clock and do-doo's aren't helping much either.
more clues?

and his beard is still not red, I refuse to believe its Barbarossa
