To summarize the above article, they rescued a sea turtle that had only 1 fin left (they think a shark took the other 3). The turtle swam in circles (duh) and they felt bad, so they tried to make it a fake fin, etc. The outcome of these efforts was a neoprene "ninja" suit.
My observations on this are that in about 8 years, we will have a Teenage Ninja Turtle on our hands. If only the turtle had been born with only 1 flipper, I would consider it a "mutant", but hey, 3 out of 4 aint bad. Turtle Power.
