Hooters.

It's a small, local place with outstanding food located in the West End. They probably will never have heard of it. For discriminating, sophisticated palates only. I hear women, especially, love it.

Perhaps the Palomar spent too much on bath towels. Headline Story in DMN Business section today says that owner is in default due to lack of success in selling condominiums section. Not sure how that would affect the Hotel operations.

Just made reservations for The Mercury tonite

Kimpton will continue to manage the property and they no doubt have provisions in their contract that guarantees a minimum level of funding to operations in order to maintain what discerning travelers have come to expect from the brand. I have no guess as to whether or not big fluffy towels will remain.

Bad execution on the condos. When it went rental, I was just waiting for the special servicer to step in.

Im just a freak for super clean over the top restrooms. Where as you don't touch anything on the way in or out exsept your self.

The reasons they failed may have been many, but was not their restrooms.

Exactly what I was thinking, JT!

It's hard to believe that a building in what so many have called a "prime location" has struggled for so many years to do anything successful. It has gone through so many versions, so many ownership/management groups.
