Posted: Wed Jun 05, 2013 8:27 amTurns out he was following a car around so the driver called HP police. After apprehending him and putting him in the back of the police vehicle, the guy slipped out of the handcuffs and shot out the back window in an attempt to escape. That's when HP police shot and killed the suspect. Stolen motorcycle, outstanding warrants.
