Question RE: Mockingbird Retail Re-Design

I remember hearing something about a re-design of the retail center that houses the bookstore, La Madeliene, CVS, etc. If I'm not mistaken the plan is to make that entire strip into the SMU Georgian brick style. Is that still in the works? With so much construction I'm not sure where this project would fall in terms of priority. On the SMU construction update page they still have it listed as Mockingbird Lane/Bush Avenue Intersection.

I heard work on the facade wouldn't begin until all of the other construction in the area was completed.

Do we own that strip center? Looking forward to catching a tennis match or two at that new facility, btw

If it's the one on Mockingbird with the bookstore, than I believe it's owned by SMU via "Peruna Lease Holdings LLC" or some similarly named entity.

What's the plan for the soccer field? Is it still to move it where football practices now, and put the football IPF (eventually) where soccer is now?
