It's great how involved the Hunt family has always been with SMU and how generous they have been with their time and money. Lamar Hunt maybe our greatest alumni ever, thank you.

J/K. Thank you Hunt family.

Great, I can see the headlines now, "Self-professed Ankle Grabber Invites NCAA Scrutiny to Alma Mater over Unsubstantiated Claims on Anonymous Message Board." :)

Or do you prefer "All-time SMU Tackle Leader?" I heard Brett Shipp is heading to KC this afternoon to make some inquiries...

In related news, SMU jumped about 10 spots in the U.S. World & News 2015 law school rankings and is sitting at #42, which ought to make it #2 in the state by a comfortable margin, and back safely in what used to be considered T-1 (1-50).

The b school on the other hand is not trending well. I can't believe my eyes when I see us out of the top 50 and with ut-Dallas ahead of us. We need new blood. The dean has been there for way too freaking long.,
