Don't know if anybody ever saw it, but one of the best football movies EVER was "Best of Times" with him and Kurt Russell. Played an aging never-was who couldn't get over stinking at High School football. GREAT movie.

"What are you implying, Reno?"

Saw it more times than I can count, most recently just a couple of days ago, it was on one of the cable movie networks. It is the quintessential movie for ex-high school jocks who never moved on.

Lots of laughs from him in my earlier years.

Depression's a killer.

Thought this was a morbid fact from the LA Times: "Born in Chicago in 1951, Williams was accepted into John Houseman’s prestigious acting program at Juilliard along with Christopher Reeve, who became a lifelong friend."

The guy battled some pretty serious demons in his life. What a tragic end. Prayers to his family.
Back off Warchild seriously.

RIP Mr. Williams. Thanks for the laughs.

This movie Best of Times sounds like a real winner. I'm going to check it out.

Started his career (at least as many of us were concerned) getting vanquished by the Fonz on Happy Days.
Sorry to see depression vanquish the poor guy for real.
Beat the hell out of anybody!
