SMU mourns the death of Vice President for Student Affairs

DALLAS (SMU) — Pamela D. Anthony, SMU vice president for student affairs, died Tuesday, January 17, 2017, surrounded by family members, friends and colleagues in Dallas after a battle with cancer.
Arrangements for funeral and campus memorial services are pending with the family. There will be an informal gathering for the campus community at 10:30 a.m. Wednesday, Jan. 18, in The Forum of the Hughes-Trigg Student Center, lower level.
Dr. Anthony became vice president for student affairs at SMU on February 1, 2016.
