Living in Northwest Indiana I'm very familiar with him, question, is he viewed as kind of slimy in Texas? In this area many feel he sold his soul to the devil with some of the things he does, opinions?

That's what a lot of people say about him. . . I have no problem with Scott Drew. He helped get the Baylor program back on their feet after an ex-SMU basketball coach (Dave Bliss) nearly destroyed Baylor's basketball program.

Thanks for the input, a few years ago it looked like Painter was going to leave for Missouri, many fans wanted nothing to do with Drew as a replacement, the guy can recruit I will say that. As for Painter, he better start winning or my Boilers will start looking for a new Coach, this season was unacceptable!
