Here's an abbreviated breakdown of the report: It's been a strange start to the season...TCU beat OU...SMU beats TCU after losing to Baylor...now the Mustangs travel to play the Aggies...they can't win that one can they? And as the sportscast closes, Hansen says "I like Phil Bennett and what he's doing at SMU...but then I also like Dennis Franchione and what he's doing at A&M...I don't think the Mustangs can win this one...but...?" and then shrugs his shoulders. :shock:

The Mustangs would have to play a near perfect game to win and this includes SPECIAL TEAMS (which I have been harping on for a LONG TIME). I don't see it happening - but I will certainly eat crow on Sunday if that happens.

See what one quality win does. Bennett is liked by the media types and when and if he has a winning team he will get more coverage.

Great win Saturday.

We need to play just as hard against the Aggies and then have no special team mistakes.

We could also use an INT or funble recovery.
