Don't think we won't forget you beat us twice this year A couple years after Calhoun showed up we won the NIT in 1988. It was a big deal for us. Two years later, we were a #1 seed and a last second shot by Duke from getting the FF. 3 NC's later, we're in a new conference with a new coach and wondering how the step down in competition is going to impact us. Watching you guys, in that atmosphere, was really great. Good luck in NY.

The NIT can be a launching pad for bigger things. Thank you and crush the Cyclones!

Well, how many teams in that old conference are still playing?
Best of luck to the Huskies.

The 1998-99 UCONN Huskies are one of my all-time favorite teams. Richard Hamilton, Khalid El-Amin, Jake Voskuhl, Albert Mouring, Ricky Moore, Kevin Freeman, and Souleymane Wane were fun to watch. I still have the t-shirt from that championship.

We are working on making that a non-issue. Watching you guys, in that atmosphere, was really great.
Good luck in NY.
Thanks. Good luck to you too.
SMU's first president, Robert S. Hyer, selected Harvard Crimson and Yale Blue as SMU's colors to symbolize SMU's high academic standards. We are one of the few Universities to have school colors with real meaning...and we just blow them off.

I know it is not intentional, but after the Penn State incident I would change my screen name.

I thought that as well. It's kind of a creepy screen name.
