Maligi is everything you could ask for and more in a recruiter. The man is selling SMU all the time to recruits and the public through social media. That's exactly what you need to gain people's attention.

I think Maligi and KT are both great. Obviously Maligi is the big dog given his strong Texas ties, but I think we've put together an amazing mix of people on this staff in general.
