Only talent I see here is the ability to recruit at UK, which pretty much ANYONE can do with Cal and WWW there. This is a bad, bad hire IMHO.

Let's just say it is an unproven hire. Could turn out to be good, bad or mediocre.

He's a good coach and great recruiter. Good add to the conference. Will bring a lot of latino players (mainly DR).

He has a crazy story. Was shot in the head.
