If all of his "cryptic" comments about simplifying the offense means that Eckert is getting the start, give me the hemlock now. Without Romo, we would have had no offense. Besides his lack of mobility, always tackled by the first defender, overthrown passes and tipped passes, Eckert is a helluva quarterback. Let's see how Phillips could do. He is athletic and can't be any worse than what we've seen. Hell, Eckert has looked almost scared.
