I have admittedly not ever thought the time was right - but I do now.

If it doesn't happen before the A&M game I am not showing up until at least 11:15 because the introductions will be one of the lowest and saddest points in SMU football history.

The only reason to not fire him tonight is to consult with the lawyers who know his contract. However, today's result was not totally unexpected and therefore the admin should have already consulted with the lawyers and decided what they were going to do.
