I repent, I repent...

Postby PK » Sun Oct 09, 2005 12:57 am

I'm back on the sunshiner's wagon...screw you jt.

Romo is the man!!! What a night. the O-line still needs some more work, but all and all an excellent effort by the whole team...including the O-line. They NEVER gave up. Guys, this is how you win games...never, NEVER give up. Damn it's going to take days to wipe this smile off my face. That has to be the most amazing and exciting ending to an SMU game in years?

Kudos to the team (each and every player) for a great game...keep it up!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Whens the last time we could say that about SMU?

They did vs Baylor in 03..
They did vs UTEP in 03..
They did vs TCU in 03..
They did vs Marshall in 05..
They did vs Tulane in 05..
They did vs Texas A&M in 05..
They did vs a lot of other teams.

But in 2005...WE DIDN'T VS UAB!! YES BABY!

The change in the QB behind center helped

The offense with the QB behind center on some plays made a difference in the passing game and gave the ponies a chance to win. Winning cures cancer says Ron Myer.

Jeez, PK, you swing on a bigger pendulum than Ken Pye taking over a school after a death penalty sanction.

Why would you intentionally wipe a (SMU) smile off of your face? Let it stay.

That statement doesn't really make much sense, but I get the drift and yeah, I get a little emotional at times about SMU football. I don't have as long to wait as you do for a turn around which just aggravates the situation. I'll try to keep the pendulum on a more controlled swing in the future.

Mean while...GO MUSTANGS!!!!! :D

Hey, I called it. I said, we'd beat UAB. No one believed me (not even me). Now, we have to avoid a let down against ECU. Let's beat the _ _TT PIRATES.
