Ok then, in that case.... Hey footballdad, tell us whose dad you are!
You were the one who took that picture of the skyline sticking out of the fog weren't you? That was a great view from your chopper.

Hey, I thought the quoted tweet was positive. It was "hold on and see what we will do".
Of course all you thin skinned posters out there would not see that.
And, I think that Sanders actually improved his return skills over the season, including not coming out of the end zone on occasion.
That is all.
Go Ponies!! Beat whoever it is we are playing!! @PonyGrad

Ha, that is awesome! I can honestly say I did not hate on Deion, Jr.! I actually thought he was one of the sparks on the team.

They have 1 win, and are one of the most outscored teams of all time. How should we respond?

One of the biggest issues (IMO) is that people post anonymously. Not suggesting that it should change (for Ponyfans), but boards that post anonymously vs. boards that reveal a poster's name have a very different feel. When your name is attached, you think twice before hitting Enter on a post.

1. Hi Deion Jr. *waves 2. This board is so tame compared to most out there. Not even close. 3. The criticism of Deion Jr was so undeniable he got pulled from kick returns, only to be put back on due to injuries. He was bad. 4. We post because we love. But there wasn't much of anything to love about this season.

Using your own name on here sounds like a terrible idea.

Just to compare... Jessie Henderson is the NCAA all time leader in kick returns I believe still. Here are his stats through his two 1-11 seasons compared to Deions.
Jessie Henderson 2007 SMU 0 0 0 0 0 40 857 0 46 2008 SMU 0 0 0 0 0 48 1056 0 44
Deion Sanders, JR 2014 SMU 9 0 0 - 0 37 759 20.5 0
Pretty similar actually.

I would not be happy either if I were DS Jr. or DS Sr. with some of the negativity. But if I were a player, I would not bother reading this board. Sometimes it is kind of like the comments under a story where it will only anger you to read them.
The board does tend to be very negative. I hope that also will change with the arrival of HCCM.
And good thing that the tweet was taken down as I don't think that would go over well with the coaching staff.
I am happy that any of our team made the all conf team. And I am happy that DS Jr. and Sr. are associated with SMU.
