He did throw a few TD passes on SMU last year, Ward tore up SMU on the ground this past year and I'm pretty sure whichever of them start this upcoming year will torch SMU again.

We have what, 4, already. I am pretty sure Burcham does not fit the right mold but what about the others? Do we have anyone other than Davis already that can compete in the Morris offense?

Krstich and Cassel definitely do not fit the mold, Severt is a wild card (practice gurus love him but he had no other offers out of HS) and Colbert just isn't an FBS QB.

Finished 2nd in the Elite 11 Final this year ahead of Kyler Murray and Jarrett Stidham. Kind of came out of nowhere and shocked a lot of people. (yeah, yeah, I know, Burcham was Elite 11 great as well)
