Look, I'm a Dukie, and I agree. I think not only are UNC signs in poor taste, they are (a) not funny, (b) don't make any sense to anyone other than us. People in a national tv audience outside of SMU circles won't get the point of us trying to distinguish UNC's decades of proven academic fraud with what we think are minor alleged offenses against SMU. And you can't explain the nuances in a a sign. It just looks dumb, since we too have a cloud over our head. Don't remind everyone about our (minor in comparison) problems by calling out UNC's. That's all signs like these will do.
