It is going to come down to SMU and Tulsa for The American regular season championship. Both teams have challenging schedules the rest of the way...
Tulsa (12-2): Tulane, @Memphis, Cincinnati, @SMU SMU (13-2): @Memphis, @Connecticut, Tulsa
There's a decent possibility that SMU and Tulsa could both be 15-2 going into the final game.

Nice avatar. Most excellent.

We will be favored in every game from here on out. Tulsa will be favored against Tulane and maybe Cincy. If we split on the road, it guarantees that the last game means something. The only reason it doesn't is if we get swept in both games and Tulsa wins all three before they face us.

Temple continuing to shoot poorly trailing Houston by 5 at the half.

I think our comeback messed Temple up. They were terrible against Tulsa and they look bad tonight.

Quite frankly a Temple loss at home to UH may just about secure an SMU NCAA bid assuming the AAC can get 2 bids

If Temple loses this game it will make our conference look really really baaad. I think they will come out with some defensive pressure in the 2nd half and get the win. At least I sure hope so.

with a few exceptions, there is a pretty clear dividing line between AAC "haves" and "have nots"

Temple pours on the points and wins 66-54, or Houston folds, only scoring 20 points in the second half to the Owls 37...
Don't worry. Be Happy. Or not.
