I hate that it had to happen to him on the last play of his last game as a senior. No chance to make up for it makes it tougher to get over.

I wrote about that 1958 goal tending call in another thread a few days back although I could not have named Marsh. The best observers at the time said Wilbur was trying for the rebound, which is what Yanick was doing against UCLA.
