SMU reaches out to 6'9 C Jonathan Nwankwo class of 20152015 class
released from LOI http://zagsblog.com/articles/former-min ... w-suitors/ Thoughts? This could be real nice if JW3 is gone...
Re: SMU reaches out to 6'9 C Jonathan Nwankwo class of 2015"His transcripts have not yet passed through the NCAA Clearinghouse."
Re: SMU reaches out to 6'9 C Jonathan Nwankwo class of 2015Assuming he gets cleared, of course. I would think this is a paperwork matter and not grade prob otherwise schools would not be so hot to reach out. SMU of all places should be cautious

Re: SMU reaches out to 6'9 C Jonathan Nwankwo class of 2015@AdamGrosbard: Larry Brown invited 3-star PF Jonathan Nwankwo to campus for a visit, I got his thoughts on #SMU and recruitment:
https://t.co/sgUfZJNIYu SMU-12 NCAA appearances, 1 Final Four
2014-15 & 2016-17 AAC Men's Basketball Champs
Re: SMU reaches out to 6'9 C Jonathan Nwankwo class of 2015per ESPN Insider:
http://insider.espn.go.com/college-spor ... an-nwankwo Strengths: Nwankwo is a big body post that competes and plays with energy and urgency. He runs the floor pretty well and does a good job of catching and finishing when he receives drop off passes created by dribble penetration. Excellent rebounder on both ends of the floor. Scores over his left shoulder in the post. He also a pretty good on ball shot blocker. Weaknesses: Nwankwo needs to continue to gain valuable playing experience and also work on his offensive back to the basket moves including footwork and learn to post deeper in the lane. Bottom Line: Nwankwo rebounding and defense is ahead of his offense at this time. He has great size and is a immediate factor on the defensive end of the floor and possess terrific upside and is a major college low post prospect. "smupony94: Harry, you have been promoted to purveyor of official status capabilities."
Re: SMU reaches out to 6'9 C Jonathan Nwankwo class of 2015Good rebounder means decent hands...
Re: SMU reaches out to 6'9 C Jonathan Nwankwo class of 2015we can use a big body that can play D in the middle.
Derail the Frogs!
Re: SMU reaches out to 6'9 C Jonathan Nwankwo class of 2015we could use a warm body to fill the scholarship we still have open
Re: SMU reaches out to 6'9 C Jonathan Nwankwo class of 2015Sounds like a fit. Tolbert and MK can put it in the bucket. We need an enforcer.
Re: SMU reaches out to 6'9 C Jonathan Nwankwo class of 2015Strong rebounder and defender and plays with energy and urgency.
Sounds just like a LB player.
