StormsI love a nice rain storm but enough already! The one that just rolled through was crazy - a most impressive thunder and lightning show with A LOT of rain. I hope that wasn't too much for the Trinity....

Re: StormsJust come on down to Houston we're super dry down here
Re: StormsAin't over yet, folks - few more days and then we can start dryin' out. Hopefully.
Don't worry. Be Happy. Or not.

Re: Storms
The drainage all around campus has been significantly improved since 1995, when a bunch of buildings on campus were flooded - most notably the Cox School basement - took weeks to clean that all out and get it repaired. Haven't heard of or seen any significant flooding on campus due to the recent rains. Don't worry. Be Happy. Or not.
Re: StormsI would be shocked if last night's rain didn't cause at least some flooding in that area. We got a solid three inches here at the house just north of campus. Edit: Make that five inches. Holy smokes.
Re: Stormsor flows with or without a flood. It surfaces again southwest of campus. I assume the piping was replaced after the 90s flood "I think Couchem is right."

Re: StormsLakewood CC got 1+" in 15 minutes. Unreal how heavy that downpour was.
Re: StormsToday should be interesting.
Re: Storms
Hopefully, not too interesting.
Re: StormsFrom heavy snow in March to all the rain and now a tropical depression, what a Spring it has been.
