Smith was the most impressive linemen in attendance as he definitely caught the coaching staffs’ attention. Smith measured in at 6-foot-2, 277-pounds and ran a 5.0 forty. He also turned in an impressive 4.43 shuttle which was better than some of the defensive backs in attendance. Smith displayed good feet and held his own in 1-on-1’s; winning most of his battles. Smith holds offers from SMU, Air Force and San Diego State among others.

The big Plano guard has quick feet and strong base. He could be moving to center at the next level, but he was a definite D-I prospect during drills and one-on-one competition.
