Me too. But what I heard a few weeks ago is that they weren't expecting him to get through the NCAA clearinghouse.

there is a difference between waiting on SMU and the NCAA. It appears-although not crystal clear-that RB Jordan Stevenson was denied admission by the school-Wisconsin- not the NCAA and could still be eligible as a full qualifier under NCAA rules. If SMU is really waiting on NCAA for Carter then that means he could have passed SMU's standards. Each school has slightly different standards
