Mustang Walk

Postby PerunasHoof » Sat Sep 05, 2015 12:18 pm

An amazing difference with this too. The whole team was in suits and wasn't allowed to listen to music. A lot actually interacted with us and Coach Morris made a point to walk up to us and introduce himself and shake our hands. Man, this entire program is just night and day. I am already counting down until next Saturday.

It was really cool that the athletic department was able to make sure everybody on the team has a suit to wear

A real axe? Maybe something to do with The Chad saying they are going to keep hitting in the same spot (chopping tree analogy)?

Was wood chosen because it's ironic? Also, that's a high-end axe. Top 25 axe.

Yes, it's his 'one swing a day' philosophy, hitting the tree in the same spot till it falls. The axe was given to him by some alum and he hung it up in the meeting room as a reminder.
