Re: Looking ahead to JMUdon't know if anyone else checks out massey ratings, but FCS rankings JMU is 6th is the FCS with 36% chance of winning against us.
Re: Looking ahead to JMU
Yes, I think he was poor. But we have seen some pretty bad ones rumble through here for me to say he is the worst I have seen. I was just saying his OL didn't give him a chance to show anything.
Re: Looking ahead to JMU
I would have to agree with that. Even when he was under no pressure some of his passes were very poor. #HammerDown
Re: Looking ahead to JMUI really hate this game. JMU is a good FCS team. If you're going to play FCS, play one of the worst ones and pound them 70-0. To the casual observer it's no different than beating the best FCS team

Re: Looking ahead to JMU
Yep. This.
Re: Looking ahead to JMUOn the other hand, for the more than casual observer it is often more entertaining to see your team play a decent team than a horrible team. Fortunately I think most people who post on here are more than casual observers so I am surprised more people do not look at it on the bright side.
Re: Looking ahead to JMUSeeing how good Montana St was was a good eye opener. I expect to win, but JMU plays some big time opponents every year so they will be ready to play.
Re: Looking ahead to JMUWell at least its not North Dakota State
Re: Looking ahead to JMUThis entire thread is ridiculous

Re: Looking ahead to JMU
Sure........as long as the decent team is in FBS. They who would give up an essential liberty for temporary security, deserve neither liberty or security

Re: Looking ahead to JMUJMU beat Va Tech a couple of years ago. It won the 1-AA title awhile back. Solid FCS program year in and year out. Also, not very challenging to get into academically. Translation, players stay eligible. This will not be a cake walk.
UNC better keep that Ram away from Peruna
Re: Looking ahead to JMU
SMU will roll on JMU. 42-10
Re: Looking ahead to JMUWe are in no position to say we will roll anyone. I think that we'll win but if JMU has a competent QB, unlike NTSU, they will make us pay if we turn the ball over four times. That said, this coaching staff has this team locked into their vision and their culture.
Back off Warchild seriously.
Re: Looking ahead to JMU
Rewatch NTSU game, SMU left points on that game...should have been at least 28-3 on the half had we not committed the mistakes we did...2 fumbles and 2 special teams mishaps. UNT game would have been 42-9 without those mental mistakes.
