More obnoxious doesn't equate to being louder. They were pretty quiet in that fourth quarter.

The UNT board thinks 15k unt fans and 60-70% UNT

Their math skills are as useless as their degrees.

That's really not fair. Their degrees are far more useful than their math skills.

I'll agree that their math skills are completely useless but you can at least use a UNT degree as toilet paper.

There were not as many UNT fans there as I expected.

He was invited to Lance M's tailgate. Enjoyed the Boulevard Scene.

He said that there were more North Texas Fans at Ford than SMU fans and that the UNT fans were louder.

He said he hopes that SMU brings more fans to Denton next year (a slight slam to our attendance up there last year).

He had good things to say about Matt Davis.

So, all in all, because he could not gloat about the game results this year, he made up a fairy tail dreamland fantasy of his experience at the game that, according to him, was more of a home game for UNT than SMU.

"10,000 UNT Fans" - I guess he missed math in high school.

yeah, that seemed a little off.

That's because they were running towards the exits.

I don't get all the UNT fans taking over our stadium talk I'm hearing. It's definitely happened before with aTm, Texas Tech, and even TCU to a lesser extent, but assuming the home side was at least 85+% SMU fans (which I think is accurate) there's no way the UNT fans occupied more than 40% of the stadium, even including their band (which is about the only thing UNT does better than SMU IMO), and it was probably less than that. Don't get me wrong, they represented themselves well, but in the end they still went home losers, which I guess is really the most important part.

We sat in section 100 right behind Shake, Sterling, and Jarrey, which was cool. I told Shake welcome to SMU (didn't recognize Jarrey until it was too late) and told them all to have a great season when they got up to leave. All 3 were very chill and nice, said hi to my family, and they either moved seats or left at half time.

May not have been 10K but I imagine more than 8. A lot more than we'll take to Denton next year.

Yeah considering 8,000 SMU fans going to Denton would represent nearly 25% of the living alumni in the DFW area you are probably right. And no it was not 8K. 7K would be pushing it. But when it is your Super Bowl and you have over 200,000 living alumni in the area you would certainly hope 8K isn't out of the question in the biggest game of the year for NTSU.
